Directed by Maneesh Sharma of 'Band Baaja Baaraat' fame, 'Shuddh Desi Romance' is a romantic comedy starring Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput in lead roles. The cast also includes Rishi Kapoor along with debutant Vaani Kapoor.

The film is produced by Aditya Chopra and is written by Jaideep Sahni. The music for the film is composed by  Sachin-Jigar.

'Shuddh Desi Romance' is slated to release on 13th September 2013.
