Here is the teaser poster of 'Shivaay' and its sooo chilly. 

Directed by Ajay Devgn himself, 'Shivaay' is slated to release on Diwali this year.

This is Ajay's 2nd film as a director after 2008's 'U, Me Aur Hum'.
