The estimated collections of the film on its 7th day at the Domestic Box Office stands at about ₹3.00-3.20 crores nett. With that, the estimated Total collections of the film for 7 days at the Domestic Box Office stands at about ₹25.10-25.30 crores nett.

Releasing in about 1120 screens countrywide, 'Hindi Medium' has managed to perform quite well considering its slow start at the Domestic Box Office.
